What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Construction Operative to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy environment. You will be working on some of the UK’s oldest buildings as part of a team of Restoration operatives. The ideal candidate should have wide range of skills in some of the following disciplines:
- Brick / Block / Stonework
- Pointing / Plastering / Rendering
- Roofing and corresponding work
- Basic groundwork & Drainage
- Heavy Plant Operation
- All aspects of general building work
What you need to have:
- Previous experience in the building Trade
- A relevant trade qualification or extensive “on the job” experience
- Previous Experience in the Heritage sector an advantage
- A proven track record
- The ability to work from own initiative or as part as a team
- Great attention to detail
- Able to manage workload and have work completed on time
- Excellent awareness of site health and safety
- CSCS card preferable
- Full UK Driving license (MUST be able to make own way to our remote yard on a daily basis)
