Our Business apprentice Charlotte Braithwaite is taking steps to become a #futureboss. Charlotte has been featured in the Themis Industry guide for the outstanding work & progress she has made during her employment at #ukrestorationservices.

Charlotte joined the company as a school leaver and is currently completing a Themis apprenticeship in Business Administrator  with Burnley College. Over the past 18 months Charlotte has worked with our management team to gain valuable knowledge & experience in all aspects of the business. Taking on various job roles in Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement and Project Management, Charlotte has excelled in all the tasks and challenges presented to her. Charlotte has become a valuable member of the UK Restoration Services team due to her exceptional organisational & communication skills and knowledge of administrative systems and software.

I enjoy the variety the apprenticeship has given me, being able to explore different job roles within the business and really find my niche”

Contracts Manager Rob McKay has been mentoring Charlotte in her current role as Contracts Administrator. Rob added – “Its great to see young people getting involved in the construction industry at all levels. It is an ever growing sector that demands a highly skilled workforce. Charlotte has an eye for detail and all the necessary skills to manage high level contracts & Projects”.

Charlotte will complete her apprenticeship later this year and aims to further her education & career, starting a Degree Apprenticeship at UCLAN in Business management early next year.
